Returns & Exchanges

At Tidings Scarves, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your scarf and place it back in its original gift box or protective sleeve to prevent snagging during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
